ASG220 not send backup

My ASG220 has made the formal normal backups, as configured. But more than a week does not receive e-mails with the backup files. There is no lock on my ISP (I have ASG120 and all others are by sending normally).

Already restarted the ASG220, but the problem continues. Is there any service to be restarted?

Firmware version: 8202
Pattern version: 23367

    Sorry, I can't open your zip file.  Are you saying that the word backup does not appear in today's log?  My Astaro just successfully sent an email to the suporte-astaro address you listed - does your Astaro have Mail Security?

    Guys, thanks for your attention and help ... the problem was with the ISP ...
    The log were correct to check Admin notifications.
