ASG220 not send backup

My ASG220 has made the formal normal backups, as configured. But more than a week does not receive e-mails with the backup files. There is no lock on my ISP (I have ASG120 and all others are by sending normally).

Already restarted the ASG220, but the problem continues. Is there any service to be restarted?

Firmware version: 8202
Pattern version: 23367

    Search in the SMTP Proxy logfile for backup.  Is the email being delivered?
