DNS Issue ?

I think this is a DNS issue anyways.

I have a mail server that the external name isn't being allowed through the firewall even with a dnat rule in pointing the external IP to the internal IP.

Trying to pass the SMTP traffic.

Any Ideas on where to start.

    That's not much information from which to do anything other than make a guess.  A picture of the DNAT, for example, would help.

    So, just a guess: in your DNAT, is the 'Traffic Destination' in the traffic selector "External (Address)"?  This is the object created by WebAdmin when you defined the External interface?

    Considering the mail server Host definition that is the 'Destination' in the DNAT, does it have 'Interface: >', or is it bound to a specific interface?

    Correct,  I am allowing any traffic from any source to an "External address" in the 'Traffic Destination'

    In the 'Destination'  where the mail server host is defined it has interface Any
