Astaro Support Unresponsive

How does one get in touch with Astaro support these days? Have a Gold Maintenance agreement and have not gotten through to Astaro Support for a replacement. Submitted a case and only got the automated response. Called the Astaro Support phone number, Sophos support answers and when I tell them I am an Astaro customer I get dumped back in the phone queue.

Primary Astaro firewall has been down all day and my boss is pissed. Will be difficult to justify an upgrade to v8 from my v7 220's after this fiasco.
