I'm setting up my Astaro 8.202 gateway for home use and am having an issue with allowing overrides of the web/url filters on the users computers.
When a user comes across a blocked website (most of the filtering is whitelist filtering) and we determine it is ok to go to the website, we click the button to unblock and then fill in the username, password and reason. Astaro comes back and says that the username/password is invalid.
We do all of our filtering based on IP addresses and not users. I've setup DHCP to have static IPs based on the computers MAC address and then have setup a network host for each IP. I use the network host in the web filtering profiles.
I have setup users under the users and groups section and although I'm using the correct username / password, I can't seem to get Astaro to recognize the user and unblock the website.
What settings am I missing here? I've searched the forums, manual and have googled this question with no luck.
