After playing with the trial for a while, I put together a system to run ASG 8.202 with a home license on this past weekend and she's been running pretty smoothly. One key item I was looking for was having two dhcp servers to separate wifi from my wired network. Normally, there's maybe 20 to 25 devices with IPs on my network and only one (well, two if you count the router/ap). The only wifi device is an iPad and as a test, I used some apps to scan the IP range of my wired network to make sure they could not be reached.
Since that time, I've been getting e-mail stating I've exceeded to 50 IP limit for home use by 207 IPs!
Is there a way to clear the active IP count? Does it eventually right itself?
I know I'm going to re-install tomorrow (replacing the SSD it's installed to with a hard drive). But I'm curious what'd trip up the active IP count like this. I've seen a thread that mentioned a bug where scans like this did that in an earlier 8.x release and was supposedly fixed.
