Failed upgrade

Tried to update from 8.0 to latest and now getting this

If I try to power cycle.. same results.. and I get nothing on the console when I plug in a monitor. Tried calling support US #.. no one picks up and support ticket still open 2 days later with no reply.

    Do you have Premium Support?  If not, they will not take direct support requests via phone or the portal... Standard Support users need to start support cases via their reseller (I'm a reseller and we do this all the time--to sell ASG products we had to agree to those terms)...

    As to your problem... if you power cycle the unit, and still get nothing on the monitor attached to it, nothing at all (not even a BIOS POST screen, etc.) then the unit is probably just plain dead (and should be replaced by Astaro Support if you have Standard or Premium Support)... a failed upgrade would not "kill" an appliance, it may be an unhappy coincidence.  If you do get a POST screen, but the unit does not boot up the ASG OS properly, or does, but fails to operate, a reload from ISO would probably be the fix -- but I would confer with your reseller / support before making that determination.
