Time Zone problem in Logs

My Astaro is set to Pacific Standard Time (currently GMT -700) even though I am in Toronto.

Log entries generated by the Astaro use all sorts of time zones, without indicating which ones they are using. For example:

Configuration daemon: GMT +2 and GMT -7
Fallback messages:   GMT -7
HTTP daemon: GMT -4  and  GMT -7
packetfilter:          probably GMT +1
SMTP proxy          probably GMT -4 and GMT -7
SSH server       GMT -7
System messages    GMT +2 (daemon-watcher)
                 GMT -4  (postgres)
                  GMT -7  (cron)
User authentication  GMT +2
WebApp Firewall        GMT -7

What on earth is going on?

    Uptime is 97 days. I don't know what happened before that. This is a test environment, so it is possible that something funny has been done.

    I suppose you are going to tell me to reboot, and I see that it is possible on web admin. Is there any risk in rebooting? (Physical access to the machine is difficult but not impossible.) Will anything get reset, other than what we hope will happen?

    On the other hand, I am reluctant to make things magically disappear without really understanding what is going on. It might happen again and sneak up from behind.
