Old Hardware ASG 120 (Bios Update)

Dear Board,

can anyone help a hobby hardware hacker out? I have an old ASG 120 Model ( Releas was 6 ) - Model No. EBS1563P-RLP6-ASG-110/120

I use it as private Firewall ( and some Services ) System with Debian Lenny on it ( it was marked for trash, so i grabbed it ). My Problem is, i upgraded memory from 256 to 512 but the bios only detects 256....I believe its an bios issue about the very old bios ( 2004 ). I cant find out the mainboard issuer nor the manufacturer, etc. where i could search for a bios update. does anyone know which mainboard was used or the better knows for a bios update or know the trick to realize the full 512mb? thanks very much!

    thats true sascha, and for everybody who faces the same situation: the board only supports single sided ram modules!!! i tried a double sided and i didnt work, but with single sided 133mhz non ecc ram its still allright!
