I'm sorry to hear that. It might help to post some logging information in there, like others are doing, to help diagnose why the card isn't working or figure out what chip it is using. They would need to figure that out to get one using the same chip and test it, as Verizon is a US only company and none of the developers are based there.
It's also very unlikely that if the Linux Kernel doesn't support the hardware we will patch that in. There is the possibility that the vendor doesn't offer open-source drivers for that model.
Remember: The majority of the providers doesn't produce the hardware themselves, they just OEM it. First step is to find out which chip is used.
