Disable User Portal from command line?

OK, I think I did something stupid, although I don't completely understand the results. I was enabling the user portal (to setup VPN on an IOS device) and I set the listening port to 80. Once I hit apply, I was no longer able to get to the WebAdmin UI (which is still on HTTPS:4444). I am not sure why this change has blocked access to the GUI, but I am looking for some help reverting this change so that I can access the WebAdmin once again.  Thanks in advance.

    This is the default behavior.  I believe it is an attempt to hide the existence of the site from random scans.

    (in the case of the mac and Safari) the XML for the page  
    This is a bug.  Possibly related to Mantis ID18653.
