Disable User Portal from command line?

OK, I think I did something stupid, although I don't completely understand the results. I was enabling the user portal (to setup VPN on an IOS device) and I set the listening port to 80. Once I hit apply, I was no longer able to get to the WebAdmin UI (which is still on HTTPS:4444). I am not sure why this change has blocked access to the GUI, but I am looking for some help reverting this change so that I can access the WebAdmin once again.  Thanks in advance.

    Don't really understand what you're trying to say that you did here.

    once I set a valid port for the portal
    Which port do you have the user portal set for now?  If you're going to choose a custom port, it should be something higher than 1024, to avoid conflict with known common ports.

    Do you get the same errors if you try to connect to 
    https://myhost.com[:P]ort
