Disable User Portal from command line?

OK, I think I did something stupid, although I don't completely understand the results. I was enabling the user portal (to setup VPN on an IOS device) and I set the listening port to 80. Once I hit apply, I was no longer able to get to the WebAdmin UI (which is still on HTTPS:4444). I am not sure why this change has blocked access to the GUI, but I am looking for some help reverting this change so that I can access the WebAdmin once again. Thanks in advance.

OK, I was able to disable the user portal, by removing the vhost and restarting the HTTP server. However, once I set a valid port for the portal and attempt to access it, I get the XML for the page, not the page itself. This is true on the IOS device and Safari 5.1 on the mac. Any thoughts? Suggestions?

So I tried to access the User Portal from a Windows machine running IE 8.0 and I got a blank page (no XML content), with three errors on the page. The errors were :

So far, I have not been able to access the User Portal using any machine or browser I have tried. I never tried to access the User Portal using a previous version so I am not sure if this is new for 8.201 or not.
