Hello, I am curious if there is some official way to install 3rd party software from some sort of repository.
I am planning to run astaro home version on my server at home ( I mainly use it for remote connection and secure tunneling, and astaro seems like the best choice especially better than the manually configured mess I have now ).
The only problem is that I like to be able and host some other applications also, but I only have one computer that I can use as server. In my case I am looking to run quassel core instance (irc client with server-client architecture) but my problem is that this application needs postgres sql database. I noticed there is already postgres installed in astaro but I dont know how to get to it to create a database that quassel can connect to.
I realize that this is probably nothing that is officially supported in astaro or will ever be, but maybe someone has made some sort of unofficial solution.
Any suggestions? (I have looked at astaro alternatives, but non of them has been as good in my opinion)
