ym unable to login

Today, I tried to check some good stuff in ver 8.103 and it seems pretty good compare to the old version but...when I tried to enable the Scan HTTPS (SSL) Traffic Im not able to connect or login thru Yahoo Messenger.Im using Transparent Mode without URL/Web Filtering

Anybody experienced the same situation as mine?

  • without URL/Web Filtering

By this I am assuming that you have the Proxy set to allow all categories.

    Do you have IM/P2P enabled?

Check in both the IM/P2P and Content Filter logs to see if there's any entries that may have to do with Yahoo Messenger.

  • The first few entries don't show any problem and the block appears to be for a LAN address, so wouldn't be applicable.

You can try a transparent proxy skiplist entry for the yahoo login address and see if that helps.
