Not getting bounce back messages

Hi,

I am using Astaro's Mail Security Gateway, behind it is a CentOS email server.  Recently i find that bounce back messages were not sent back to the original senders.  I can see in Astaro > mail Security > Mail Manager > SMTP Log, emails were logged and bounced.  But regardless of which email provider I tried, I still don't get any bounce back messages.

I am wondering if there is a setting in Astaro that I need to configure, so that it will allow the bounce-back messages to return back to sender.  Any help is greatly appreciated.  Thanks so much.

    If you do not receive bounce mails for mails, which was sent from your centos Mailserver (one of your mailusers), then my first assumption would be the BATV Antispam feature.

    If the BATV feature is used, you have to relay outgoing mails via ASG and not send out directly or via ISP Smarthost. Otherwise outgoing mails are not signed, and bounces will be rejected

    Maybe a associated part of the smtp.log, or the exact reason in the mail log in the mail manager may help solving this issue without guessing [:)]
