IPv6 and PPPOE issue

Hello,

I want to test something on my astaro with IPv6. So I read, how to get a IPv6 address from my ISP, and I do so.
But there is something strange.
If I have IPv6 enabled. Now I edit my PPPOE interface and enable "ipv6 gateway". But I get only a v4 address and gateway.
I disalbe "ipv4 gateway" and get an IPv6 address and gateway.
But I want both at the same time.

Is this an issue of the 8.103?

    Seems your the only one [;)] I would like to join you, but there are no Dual Stack ISPs in Germany AFAIK yet.

    Yes fe80:: is correct. This address is used as Default Gateway. PPP only exchanges
    fe80 addresses. On top, Routing advertisements or DHCPv6 is needed.

    Currently this only works if you have a static IPv6 prefix assigned by your ISP.
    If you have, assign your LAN interfaces addresses from that range.

    Dynamic IPv6 interface support (via RA and DHCPv6) will come in 8.300

    Add another one to the list :-) My ISP (Internode in Australia) does dual stack with DHCPv6. I'm looking forward to 8.3, until then I'll use the tunnel broker that Internode are also offering.

    Thinking about getting an internode account so I can tryout the dual stack arrangement along with my iinet account.

    Yes, I need an address over RA. My colleague get an official IPv6 address (maybe over RA), and we use the same provider, M-Net.
    But my colleague use a Fritz!Box.

    Now I asked my provider, how i get the IPv6 data, which I can manually entry in my astaro.

    And on the other side, I wait for 8.300.

    I will reply, if I get answer from my provider.
