update information. where to get more details

Hi,
when an update appears on an ASG, there are some little informations about the bugs fixes. (Mouseover in the ASG update question mark.)
 However, I often would like to have more Informations.
e.g.

News
· Contains ASGPF certified according to CC EAL4+
· Fix various issues in HTTP/S Proxy
Remarks
· System will be rebooted
Bugfixes
16255 Exception for Certificate Trust Check does not work in transparent mode
16438 Self signed certificate in chain and an exception for all requests going to this category will not work for some banking sites

So, in this case, 
What issues have been fixed in the proxy section? Would have affected my problems?
Where can I get more informations about bug #16438

Any chance to see this informations. Looking into Up2Date does not really help.

    We all get the same limited information provided in the release notes.  Much of the information in the Mantis bug tracking system (bug ID #'s) is considered to be proprietary and isn't cleared for release to end customers.  If for some reason you need a little more detail on an item, your best bet for information from the source, would be to open up a support case with Astaro.  You will need a valid support contract to do this of course.
