cisco unified communication manager 7

Hello. I have asg v8 and i've been haveing problems with the cisco phone registering to callmanager. If one phone is registered to callmanager the other phone won't register or it will cut that phone and register this phone i'm trying to get started. can someone help me with the please?

    I have just some other questions,
    Are the phones on the same lan as the CUCM,
    What is your current setup.
    Where are the ip phones located, where is the call-manager , which equipment is in between the whole network path.
