I have been trying to reach someone at Astaro Sales all day today. Is there anybody there? I have left a couple of messages and sent an email request for a quote.
I am trying to get a quote for a content filtering solution for around 200 users. Do I need to go through a partner for this, or directly through Astaro?
Also, on support, does anyone know how responsive they are. Hopefully more so than the sales dept. I called a few minutes ago to see if I got a live person, but all I got was an answering machine. Do they normally call back within a few minutes, or is it more in the days to weeks time frame?
I need a support plan that I will get immediate support if necessary as downtime is not an option for us.
