HTTP timing out

Not sure what could cause web browsing to time out, but not all websites time out, but most do.  Does anyone have an idea what could cause this?

    Ok... figured out the instructions.  I didn't setup the original configuration so assumed they were setup correctly.  I did what the link suggested and guess what.... websites are loading much faster now.  Tomorrow I'll check the logs again.  Thanks for your help.  I'll let you know what they look like.
