HTTP timing out

Not sure what could cause web browsing to time out, but not all websites time out, but most do.  Does anyone have an idea what could cause this?

    try this 
    "[LIST=1]
    •  Set the Allowed Networks to the Host definition of your internal Name Server; do not use Internal (Network)'
    •  To the Astaro, add the desired external 'Forwarders' which you've had listed in your internal DNS.
    •  In your Internal DNS, replace all the forwarders with the IP of the Astaro's 'Internal (Address)'.
    [/LIST]
    Now, your internal devices will look to your internal DNS for name resolution, it will look to the Astaro to resolve names not in its own cache and the Astaro will query your ISP's name servers for any names not in its cache."

    instead of ISP ,I would recommend using opendns
