Definitions and Networks

Can someone give me a quick explanation as to why under Definitions and Networks, it list everyone one that is in a group I use from e-Directory to allow HTTP proxy access as a User Network?  I have a group called ClientTrust in e-Dir and when that person logs in for the first time it automatically creates and object with their log in name and defines it as a user network.

    Every time you create a User in WebAdmin, it also creates a User Network object.

    You can de-select 'Create users automatically' on the 'Global Settings' tab of 'Users >> Authentication'.  My guess is that the user must be created only for individual email quarantine and VPNs, but I haven't experimented with NOT creating users to confirm that.
