L2TP over IPSec setup and licensed IPs

Dear all,
I have 50 IPs licensed. I set up L2TP over IPSec and everytime I connect from remote, one IPs is used each time.

My situation is this:
When I connect from remote, my head office DHCP release a dynamic IP in my network scope.
To be able my remote client obtain an IP, I setup a SNAT rule in this way:
Source: VPN Pool
Traffic service: Any
Traffic destination: Any
SNAT source: Internal Address

Now, everytime I connect my remote client I obtain one IP from internal DHCP so I can use remote desktop. But one IP is counted each time reaching the limit of 50.

Can you help me to setup correctly my L2TP over IPSEC?
