Astaro's new "Emergency Notification System"

Hi, my dashboard has the following message:

From your feedback, we set up alerting to notify Astaro admins about emergencies. On January 28th, the Dynamic DNS service from dyndns.org suffered an 8-hour outage (read more). If you use their service, functionality like VPN tunnels or remote login to WebAdmin may have been impacted. We informed Admins immediately by SMS text via our new system which helped clarify this problem. You may opt-in to this service for free at https://www.astaro.com/account
But I can't find anywhere to put in a phone # or email for these alerts in My Astaro.

Also, that particular URL, https://www.astaro.com/account says:
Access denied

You don't have permission to access this area.

Possible reasons for this are:

    * Your current user does not have the proper privileges to access this page.
    * You misspelled some parts of your URL, try changing it.
even though I logged in.

    I'm a little confused.  I get the same error message too.  I initially assumed it was because I had the free home edition, but the description of the service says "free", so then I thought maybe that wasn't the case?  I can't see anywhere on my account that it describes being an account master or anything else.  ???

    Guys, it's a bug; when I signed up under our reseller account, I had to notify their webmaster that some of the scripts were broken... the test worked afterwards, but I have not had any notifications since.  I'll start a case with their webmaster to have them look into this.
