Here is an easy one

The item you have requested has been downloaded and scanned. Please click on the icon below to save the item to your harddisk.

Except when I click on it I get:

Download error. But not all of the time.

Anyone have this bug?

This could be user error because I have noT found anyone else with the problem.
Is there a waiting period before the download is ready?
