Middleware not running

I am getting Middleware not running, and webadmin is extremely slow, and sometimes gives me a popup saying the operation has taken longer than 30 seconds, do you want to continue or abort?  Whats is causing webadmin to slow down like this and what is Middleware?

    I've moved this post to it's own new thread. Although I applaud you searching the forums before posting, it's probably best to start anew rather than add to a 7 year old thread specifically dealing with a patch from back then.
     
    Your symptoms are indicative of the system being very busy. Maybe due to a runaway process, but it could also be temporary during installation of definition updates. Look on the dashboard and see what your CPU, memory, and swap usage are. If any of these are very high, that's why things are running slow.
     
    First thing that I would do in your case is see if a reboot helps. If not come on back and it would be helpful to post the version of Astaro that your running, amount of memory in the system, and what components are running. Heck, a screenshot of the dashboard page would provide all of this.
     
    If using L2TP VPN and Version 8.000, 8.001, 8,002, or 8.003 there's a bug that can cause these symptoms.  It's fixed in 8.100.
