Astaro vs Sonicwall vs Fortinet

I work for a small chain of grocery stores with three locations. I have been looking at the ASG 220 for two of the locations and a ASG 320 for our headquarters. So far I like what I see, but I have seen a lot of complaints about support. Good support is close to the top if not the top reason I would go with one company vs another. Also, I would like to see what others have to say about why I should go with Astaro vs Fortinet or Sonicwall.

Thanks ahead of time for any feedback anybody can give me. This is an important decision and I want to make sure I make the right one.

    Normally, when reporting a bug, I include  a comment like "Bug report only - no response required - please forward to developers and close ticket."  Then, when I see the ticket closed, I know my report's been sent.
