Astaro vs Sonicwall vs Fortinet

I work for a small chain of grocery stores with three locations. I have been looking at the ASG 220 for two of the locations and a ASG 320 for our headquarters. So far I like what I see, but I have seen a lot of complaints about support. Good support is close to the top if not the top reason I would go with one company vs another. Also, I would like to see what others have to say about why I should go with Astaro vs Fortinet or Sonicwall.

Thanks ahead of time for any feedback anybody can give me. This is an important decision and I want to make sure I make the right one.

    Hi, I have Platinum support and have had response within a couple hours every time I've opened a ticket online.

    Note that if you don't get Platinum support, you must go through your reseller... I would recommend choosing one carefully.

    There are at least two US resellers that are VERY active in this forum: BAlfson (see above) and BrucekConvergent (Convergent happens to be my reseller; I've been very happy with them).

    Saying the truth: my experience with support is really good, but I noticed a lack in case you submit a bug, but I think it's a matter of developement/test team, not support team. At the moment I have two pending tickets opened 1 month ago. In all other cases their work is great [:)]
