Astaro vs Sonicwall vs Fortinet

I work for a small chain of grocery stores with three locations. I have been looking at the ASG 220 for two of the locations and a ASG 320 for our headquarters. So far I like what I see, but I have seen a lot of complaints about support. Good support is close to the top if not the top reason I would go with one company vs another. Also, I would like to see what others have to say about why I should go with Astaro vs Fortinet or Sonicwall.

Thanks ahead of time for any feedback anybody can give me. This is an important decision and I want to make sure I make the right one.

    I don't think you can count on Support to do network design or to create your initial configuration; that's normally a service that you would pay your reseller to perform.  Once the configuration is established, most admins can maintain Astaros, but the ones I've seen that were setup by someone without experience worked but were very difficult to do additional things on.  I've gotten called in to fix some problems and wound up having to do so much extra work that it would have been cheaper to have me do the initial configuration.  The upside is that the Astaro WebAdmin tool is so powerful that the cost of the initial configuration is minimal compared to the competition.
