Cannot Release Mail From POP3 Quanrantine

HI
I have enabled the POP 3 Proxy.Whenever i want to release the Spam Mail from the Mail Manager whenever i select the Release option no action takes place.....

I have gone through many forums in UBB but i didn't any relevant answers[:S]

Pls Help!!!!!!!!!!![:(]

Could you please tell us the version you are running and post the relevant sections(screenshot)?

I m currently using ASG v8.003 before that i was facing the same problem in V8.002

In first screenshot i.e Mail Manager i want to release these mails i have selected the
mails,when i select Release as false positive >>Action>release and report false positive

Just do a single email, and watch the SMTP live log. If you need help interpreting the relevant lines, post them here.

I added the pop3 server in the advance tab and in the pop3 log the astaro started the mail id's into their database.

After addition of accounts,we can easily release the mails from the quarantine server.

But i found if the mails are copied to all other users not into the domain then the mail cannot be released.

For eg i m using abc.com domain and if someone outside the abc.com domain sends me the mail in which the To field contain xyz.com and abc.com domain is in the CC fileld.

In this scenario i cannot release the mail because when u see in the pop3 quarantine, if the address mentioned in the TO field is in our database then only we can release the mail otherwise it is not possible
