asg proxy

hi asg experts,
i have asg 425 running on 7.507 ver.so far everything works fine but these few days we encountered hanging up of web proxy,were running on transparent mode.it needs to restart the asg 425 before it comes back from its normal state.
second question is how do I extend the request time out of proxy via cli?let say from 1 minute time out extend or modify it to 3-5 minutes before it displays Connection Time Out to the client browsers side.

    At the exact time the problem occurs, what do you see in the logs - Packet Filter, Content Filter, Intrusion Prevention?

    In any case, you should ask your reseller to open a support ticket with Astaro.
