Astaro V8.002, not emailing reports

I have the reports all setup, with the email address i want it to go out on, but i'm not getting them at all. If i go into mail manager and into the SMTP spool, they are all sitting in there, i have tried to click and select retry, but nothing works.

What could be wrong ?

    OK, i took a look on my astaso, i had this setup in v7 but didn't bother setting it up in v8. I also have shaw as my isp if you don't know the smarthost you can find it here:

    Shaw Server Names

    When I configured Management >> Notifications >> Advanced and entered my smarthost, the notifications and backups weren't being sent, seems the astaro was ignoring the smarthost config. So i enabled the smtp proxy and entered the smarthost info on the advanced tab, then I disabled the smtp proxy and the notifications were sent successfully.

    PERFECT!  works now [:)] I will have to write up a instruction set for this and post it on my web-log.
