Astaro V8.002, not emailing reports

I have the reports all setup, with the email address i want it to go out on, but i'm not getting them at all. If i go into mail manager and into the SMTP spool, they are all sitting in there, i have tried to click and select retry, but nothing works.

What could be wrong ?

    dilandau's directions are correct.  Did your ISP tell you what FQDN or IP to use?  Did they tell you that you need to authenticate?

    i tried my google mail account with a different port, and still no go.

    I don't understand what you tried.
