[DUP]Errors in libc-2.9.so and geoipscanner.so

Hi there,

in kernel.log I can see "errors in libc-2.9.so and geoipscanner.so".  They produce messages: "Http proxy not running - restarted"

What ist the cause and how can I fix this problem in ASG 8.002?
