Subsonic Music Streamer

Anybody here who have Subsonic behind the Astaro Security Gateway v8. 
It's use port 4040 on a jetty java, on a dedicated CentOS server.
I'm not able to connect to it from outside. Have tried NAT and package filter, but with no success..

    Hi, Daniell, and welcome to the User BB!

    Whenever things aren't working, open the Packet Filter (PF) live log to see what's being blocked.  If there are PF lines you'd like help interpreting, look in the full PF log and post the corrresponding lines here.

    The other place to check is the Intrusion Prevention log.  The lines there in the live log are the same in the stored log.

    Thanks, but the PK logfile doesn't tell me nothing. It's just tell me port 4040 is droped.
    I belive Subsonic also use some ports on Ivp6  9412 & 52753. But it's not a issue here. I have a registered official domain. 
    Do i rely need NAT to direct the connection to the server, ? or is it enough with package filter.  
    Same goes for to connect with my Android phone, same result.
    The server and Subsonic work's flawless with D-Link Dir-655. I'll just port forward the port 4040.  
    Sorry, but i I believe I have tried everything now, and ready to give up the hole Astaro project and try something else.. unless someone have a solution for me her :-)
    I think this Software is to complicated for normal PC users..
