[Solved - not a] BIG BUG Mail Manager

Admin can see all messages that are in the Quarantine, for all users and here's no problem. Generally, admin has got absolutely no problems.
But!!!,  But no other users (20 of them) on User Portal can see his own e-mail messages. Status is zero (0) like there's nothing in the Quarantine.
Two times a day, users recieve Quarantine Report in their Outlook which says that there are some e-mail messages in the Quarantine and there's an option "Release" which works normally.
But when they log on to the User Portal by themselves, all categories show status zero which means they cannot use Sender Whitelist, Sender Blacklistet etc.
Once again! E-mail traffic works normally including sending and recieving e-mails.
