Forcing certain web address's to use a different Interface

Currently our antivirus signatures are sucking up a lot of our traffic.  We have the opportunity to use an additional ISP.   I was thinking,  would it be possible to redirect traffic to a certain website using an interface bound to this ISP?  If so how would I go about setting this up?

    Ok hopefully I can explain what I am trying to accomplish.
    Currently we have 2 T1's.   Frequently we are adding new pc's to our origination.   Throughout the day our clients connect directly to Symantec to get antivirus signatures.  Each signature is between 40-70mb.  We have the updates scheduled to update throughout the day.   However this is starting to effect our bandwidth.
     
      We have a comcast cable network available to use which for the most part sits idle throughout the day.    I was wondering if there is a way to specify all traffic going to liveupdate.symantec.com,  to use the cable connection.  

      I had looked at the uplink Balancing and Multipathing,  but I cannot figure out how to specify to only use one network over the other.
