Problem with powering on Astaro image

Im trying to load the astaro image onto my vmware server, below are the errors i get when i try and first edit the settings i get the frist error then following to the last error which is shown when i power on the VM, i dont have very much knowledge of vmware and i am just learning


Any help would be great

EDIT MY MISTAKE I HAVE ADDED AS ATTACHMENT

    Hi, RichyBell, and welcome to the User BB!

    When you want to add an image, use the paperclip to add an attachment.  Instead of sending an entire screencap, just show the portion containing the information you want to convey.  This is the second time I've tried to look at your images here, but ImageShack and my popup-blocker wouldn't let me view them all.
