Site to site Bridge?

Hey guys,

I admit I am at a loss on this.

I need to have the same subnet used at two locations for a few weeks while migrating a datacenter, and I need devices at both to reach each other.

I figure something along the lines of a bridge.

Anyone here ever done something like that before? I have tried using L2TPv3 on my Cisco routers, but it isn't working/passing traffic... 

I know OpenVPN can do such a beast as well..

I just need a Layer 2 tunnel created that will pass the traffic.

I know I can do it with a RED device, but I don't have the time to get one ordered in and shipped to this remote location.

I feel like such a noob.

    You can also build an ASG-to-ASG layer2 tunnel.

    On both ASGs:
    "touch /var/chroot-httpd/red_client_enable"
    "touch /var/chroot-httpd/red_advanced"

    You can then add an ASG red client on one ASG, and operate the other as RED client.

    Interesting...

    However, after adding those, when I go to RED device configuration, while I can now select ASG Device, it only gives me the option for Branch name, and when I click Save, I get an error that says Please enter an ASG hostname or IP address. This happens on 7.506 and 8.001 systems.

    the RED works a treat for this. I have it set up as a bridge for a client of ours. It literally takes 5 mins to do. let me know if u need a hand with it.
    Basically after the RED is registered and seen by the ASG, u just enable bridging on the ASG,  select the two interfaces (internal and the reds), followed by making sure that the internal interface has "br" selected against the hardware, this will have the two interfaces being bridged.....
