[7.505] Manic WebAdmin caching returns

https://community.sophos.com/products/unified-threat-management/astaroorg/f/98/t/68528

This phenomenon first appeared in 7.4.  Theoretically, WebAdmin caches information it needs for the gui to be fast.  If more than one admin is logged in, it needs to refresh the cache often so that the admins can't step on each other's changes.  When only one admin is logged in, no refreshing should be needed - that's how it was in 7.3 and before, and in 7.5 before 7.505.  Is anyone else seeing this?

Cheers - Bob

  • I just upgraded to IE8 on my desktop and laptop, and the problem has disappeared.  I guess none of the developers is running IE7 anymore! [:)]
