Extand authentication Time and some more question

Hi. Dear..
I have configured AD users with "Transparent with Authentication" under web security HTTP/S Profiles. Because i want repoting by name.now the problem is by default the authentiation time out is 15 minutes.So every 15 minutes user enter user name and password for authentication, which i dont want.
Now my questin is-
1.Is there any way for reporting by name without authentication.
2.is there any way to congigure or extand authentication time out.
3.what is the use of Base DN
4.whata is the use of Active Directory Single-Sign-On (SSO)

    Good questions, Vivek.

    I think Ulmi is correct that AD-SSO is only certified to work with IE, but I think it works with Firefox.  He's also correct that 'Transparent with authentication' is not the selection to use if you want automatic user recognition - select 'Active Directory SSO' if you don't want users to be forced to login.

    1. Reporting by name requires authentication.
    3. The 'Base DN' determines how much of your Active Directory tree is visible when configuring the Astaro.  The following document explains a bit more and should be helpful: https://support.astaro.com/support/index.php/User_Contributed:HTTP/S_Proxy_Access_with_AD-SSO
