Pop3 Spam checking

Hi guys first Time user and installer of Astaro. I can't for the life of me get the spam checker to check my pop3. I have three domains I pop and I am using live mail to pop them. How do I set this up as it is not working. Thanks

    There's something causing this that we haven't thought of.  I assume you don't have Astaro support, so the best would be to have another Astaro user look at your configuration.

    This is all the pop3 log ever says it never tries to do anything.
