Pop3 Spam checking

Hi guys first Time user and installer of Astaro. I can't for the life of me get the spam checker to check my pop3. I have three domains I pop and I am using live mail to pop them. How do I set this up as it is not working. Thanks

    Depending on the settings in your client, it could take awhile for it to connect the first time through the proxy.  After that, the Proxy will have the information it needs to do the prefetch, and then it should do the first prefetch.  Look in the POP3 log to confirm that prefetch occurs.

    I checked everything and the log never shows it even trying to do anything and I let the log run for two days. I have removed all the email accounts and added them again and still nothing not in mail manager and nothing showing in the user portal. The accounts show in the user portal but you never see any quarantined mail.

    So what us can I try. I did the steps all over again and the live log never shows it trying to prefetch just always says config reloaded. What else can I try?
