How to join Domain astaro 7.502

i'm a newbie, i upgrade firmware astaro V7.502. I test join astaro in domain but i can't.

i connect DC Server in tab Servers--> ok
after in Menu Single-Sing On join Domain is failed.i don't know less step.

Please, help me. step by step.
My Domain is "lnr-group.local"

    Did you pre-create the Astaro computer account in AD? If so, delete it and try again. You need to let Astaro create it.
     
    Does the domain admin account that your using for the join have any odd characters or spaces in the name?  This could potentially cause issues.

    7.502 is a bit dated. It may help your issue if you update to the latest version in that line, which is 7.505.
     
    As far as someone remoting into your system, this is something best left for either your reseller or Astaro support personel, not some unknown person off of a user-to-user message board.  This is to protect your security and the other persons liability.
