memory allocation error

Hi,

we have an ASG 7.505 "Essential Firewall" virtual appliance installed on a VMware vSphere 4 U2 Cluster. We have an active WebSecurity license.

Since today we get a "memory allocation error" if I try to download some files. The error occurs on different sites and different downloads. See the Screenshots. I have already rebooted the ASG.

Any ideas?

    This looks like a problem in the avira scan engine. There is not really much you can do here, you can either deactivate "Block unscannable and encrypted files" for the http proxy, or create some exceptions for files which fail to scan.

    If you have an active Web Security subscription, you have the right to submit a trouble report.  I agree with ulmi, but this is unusual enough that you should confirm that there isn't another issue.
