Home Licensing Issues

Hi

I just downloaded Astaro for home and got a license file in mail. I have uploaded the license file using Management option.

The home license I got has not enabled the following.

Webfiltering
Antispam
Antispyware
intrusion prevention

For everything it says the webfiltering license is expired or missing.

I thought all these are available in home edition. May be I mis-understood.

how do i resolve this?

Sounds like you downloaded an "essentials" licence.

The home licence at this stage has everything except the web server functions.

There is a thread in the v8b forum on liencing, you might like to read.

Hi

i did not download any license. when i register to download the software, an email was sent to me with the download link and a license file as attachment. I used that attachment.

Can you please tell me how to get a new home user license file? I am new to astaro and i am kind of lost.
