Since I registered the domain, and created the (lacking) html page sitting there, I can probably answer your question.. [:)]
The website is currently meaningless, and provides no services. The domain in general is not much more than a placeholder for services which a currently internal application may one day provide publicly. Vague, I know, but there's not much else to say.
Scott, I never though anyone would think to connect that domain, and my blog [:)] As you can see, I don't blog much. I created the blog because I didn't have anything else to sit at the www. address of my vanity domain.
but only just with a single lonely posting. ;P
