Odd Webadmin issue

I seem to have lost the NTP configuration options under Management --> System Settings --> Time and Date on one of my devices.

It just looks like this:

Which isn't very useful.  Anyone have any ideas what has gone wrong?

This is a ASG 320 running 7.505.

  • Hmm... try clearing your browser cache... try another browser?
Have you tried rebooting the ASG yet (this is what I'd try after the browser items)?

Since you have an ASG 320, I'm guessing you have standard or premium support... if these items fail to resolve the issue for you, I'd start a case with Astaro Support.

  • Guys, I've seen this more than once myself.  The only solution is to close all browser windows, open a fresh browser, clear the browser cache and login again to WebAdmin.

  • It isn't browser specific, the same problem shows up in Chrome, Firefox, Opera, IE and Safari and isn't computer specific either.

I have rebooted the firewall several times since the problem showed up.

I will open a case and see if they have a solution.  I was hoping someone would have seen this before and already had a solution.
  • It's not browser-specific at all.  The problem is that the WebAdmin page believes that it also has other content cached that it uses to display information, but it's not there. The only solution is to clear all of the cached information from the browser.

  • This isn't a caching issue at all.  The problem occurs on different computers and browsers.
  • have you tried the solution suggested yet? if so reboot the asg.

  • I had the same problem, I enabled NTP under Network services and then configured the NTP servers under system setting--> time and date,
    then I disabled NTP again
    now it is working fine
