Working with time events

Hi,

I am struggling to setup different time events that run concurrently.

At the moment I have one proxy profile, This contains all my filter assignments.
I have assignments that I allow users into all the time (Business stuff) then I want to relax the rules a bit at lunchtimes etc and allow them into the likes of the bbc website and webmail. Problem is that some users work over their lunch and need to be able to access both the normal business sites and lunchtime stuff at that particular time.

I have 22 groups of users, that who all have a specific filter action. meaning I cannot add all the business sites into the lunchtime_Allow filter.

So... How can I allow two filter actions to work at the same time?

Any experts in here will see I'm doing something wrong.

    Hey, Jonny, welcome to the User BB!

    It's actually less-complicated than you're imagining it...

    Profiles are processed from top to bottom.  When a network qualifies for a profile, the remianing profiles aren't considered.  This means that, for example, the profile for 172.20.1.0/24 must come before the Profile for 172.20.0.0/16.

    Inside a Profile, when an access qualifies for a Filter Assignment, none of the following assignments are considered.  This means, for example, that the Assignment for "Lunchtime" (11:30 to 12:30) must come before the one for "Workday" (8:00 to 17:00).  And, that the Assignment for "IT Group" must come before the one for "All Employees" in your Profile.

    Rather than prevent people from reaching work sites during lunch, just configure to limit the "Lunchtime" sites during the "Workday" - make sense?

    Does that solve your issue?

    Thanks for the reply.

    I have solved this issue by adding the differnet groups into the lunchime category, then putting it to the top of the proxy profile.
    Simple enough, but It is giving some users a higher level of access at lunch than they expect.
    Everyone seem's happy - until management find out then I might have an issue. hehe

    The problem arose as our previous device was able to apply differnet rules at the same time. 
    So the users had their default business policy and we could add additional sites for a particular time of the day. (this was a policy with just whatever was needed) but the default policy seemed to also work.
